Blog vs Wiki

Today’s networked corresponding to Blog and Wiki permits people to share information such as judgement, opinions, theories and ideas. Profoundly, we can learn from each other and obtain useful information.

Blogs and Wiki’s might not seem that different because they both allow communication information from a person or a group of people and provide a stand for feedback. Blogs do it in the form of comments while wiki allow people to add, modify or delete content. Bloggers write about topics that matter to them (Kathy) and control the information that’s available to the people in the media. Also, blogs can be used for collaboration to optimize a blogger website or business. On the contrary, Wiki content is created without any defined owner or leader. Wiki has more implicit structure and very good for a departmental project (Pagliarulo.) Example of wikis conventions are knowledge management, note taking, community websites, and create collaborative websites.
